我们该如何面对流言蜚语？

5月29日（星期五）晚上小组聚会《流言蜚语》

1. 自我检讨

· 诚实的问一问自己，我是否真如有关言论所说的？

· 有时，他人对我们的评论有如一面镜子，叫我们看见自己所不能看见的

2. 向对方求证

· 倘若对方肯真心悔改，我们就能多得一位弟兄或姐妹

· 圣经教导我们要“爱我们的仇敌，并为逼迫我们的祷告”

3. 不可怀恨

· 凡事忍耐，学习仰望公义的上帝

· 罗马书12章18至19节说：“若是能行，总要尽力与众人和睦。 亲爱的弟兄，不要自己伸冤，宁可让步，听凭主怒（或作：让人发怒）；因为经上记著：「主说：『伸冤在我；我必报应。』”

4. 寻求支援

· 与属灵同伴分享、要求代祷

· 向牧者寻求辅导

圣经箴言25章11节说：『一句话说得合宜，就如金苹果在银网子里。』，而新约圣经以弗所书4章29节又说：『污秽的言语一句不可出口，只要随事说造就人的好话，叫听见的人得益处。』

可见说话不是一件随便或简单的事。话说得恰当，就能造就别人，鼓励别人，带来更积极的人际关系。反之，将会给人与人之间带来破坏，不但对他人无益处，对自己也不见得有好处，因为众人均不喜欢“是非人”！

主耶稣曾教导我们说：『你们的话，是，就说是；不是，就说不是；若再多说，就是出於那恶者（或作就是从恶里出来的）。』（马太福音 5:37，这话原是论起誓说的）

勉励：

雅各书3章5至10节：『这样，舌头在百体里也是最小的，却能说大话。看哪，最小的火能点著最大的树林。舌头就是火，在我们百体中，舌头是个罪恶的世界，能污秽全身，也能把生命的轮子点起来，并且是从地狱里点著的。 各类的走兽，飞禽，昆虫，水族，本来都可以制伏，也已经被人制伏了；惟独舌头没有人能制伏，是不止息的恶物，满了害死人的毒气。我们用舌头颂赞那为主、为父的，又用舌头咒诅那照著神形像被造的人；颂赞和咒诅从一个口里出来！我的弟兄们，这是不应当的！』

雅各书1章26节：『若有人自以为虔诚，却不勒住他的舌头，反欺哄自己的心，这人的虔诚是虚的。』

作为基督徒，我们更需要谨慎，不应该成为“是非人”散播“流言蜚语”，因为将来要面对的审判更大！

Overcoming Temptation

Chu Cheng’s Fellowship sharing topic is “Temptation”. I’m so nervous and scared of sharing. I hope I can escape from fellowship because of the fear in sharing. My barrier in Mandarin makes me scare to speak. I pray. God says we cannot stop our gathering with brother and sister in church. So, I still go to the fellowship. God won’t let us with empty hearted. All the brother and sister shared about the temptation that they faced. Some have win over it, some still struggled and some still learning to overcome it. While listening to their sharing, I get a lot of words from God. I manage to think of my temptation. My temptation starts in my mind. I’ve my serving now in sharing, song leading, teaching Sunday school and choir. There’s always a lot of voice telling me to quit and to let go everything, why must I take so much effort to do, why must I trouble myself, nobody will appreciated it, why much I sing when my voice so soft. I have a moment of struggle. Thank God, I’ve brother and sister to listen to me whenever I’ve such thinking. Whenever we face temptation because of the mind, we need people to uplift us and we need God’s word too to make us bold and strong. Memorizing bible verses will help us to remember God’s words. Let us always remind ourselves that God is faithful. He will not let us be tempted beyond what we can bear. And when we are tempted, God will provide a way out so that we can stand up. We must win over temptation. Like the children songs “靠主耶稣神名”， we will have victory. Sometimes, I also fall and I’m not a perfect people. Let us grow together. We’re children of God. Learn to share with someone you trust. Have devotion or moments with God. Attend services and fellowship regularly. We can have victory over temptation. Amen.

I would like to express my word of thanks to the brother and sister of Chu Cheng Fellowship in helping to express my feeling.
Thank you for their sharing in the fellowship. I’m happier and feel that someone do listen and the most important I get a very good idea of putting things down.
Their experience and encouragement do help me to overcome all the hatred I had in my heart. I’m afraid nobody will understand my feelings but they do understand.
I’m growing and I pray God will help me. I begin to trust people whom I had forgot it for many years.
The unconditional love of caring that the brother and sister shown in the fellowship really impressed me.
The most important the willingness to communicate with me who is so inward and poor in talking.

过期了

求祢指教我们怎样数算自己的日子，好叫我们得著智慧的心。（诗篇90：12）

有一个早上，突然心血来潮想给自己泡杯即冲饮料。从橱柜里拿来一包Milo，看看有效日期才发现已逾期一个多月了。后来又找来一包从未开封过的即冲Horlicks，竟也发现已逾期三个月了。也不晓得什么时候，东西放得太久了，结果到最后，连享用的份也没了。

其实许多时候，我们对待自己也是这样。我们在生活中，常满怀信心和热忱萌生许多的『好想法』和『很想去做的事』。然而到最后却常听到说：『要是我有时间的话，我就… …』、『等到我有能力的话，我就… …』、『我有机会的话…』、『要是十年前的话… …』

读过一本书，作者提到一个朋友在孩童时期就一直想学钢琴，但没有钢琴，也没练过琴。为此，他深感遗憾，并决定长大后，一定要找时间去学钢琴，但后来的他却似乎总是忙得“没有时间”去学。

我们总是在等待着所谓的『对的时间』、『对的地点』和『对的机会』，遗憾的是，绝大多数的人，最终都把蕴藏在心中的『理想』带进了坟墓！

当我们说我们一有空就会去做，也许到最后永远也抽不出空来了。所以，当法国大元帅马歇尔有一次叫其园丁种一棵大树，园丁不赞同，并认为那种树生长太慢，一百年也长不大时，马歇尔元帅就回答说：『如果是这样，那就再也不能耽搁了，今天下午就种吧！』

套一句作者的话：『现在不做，更待何时？』别让我们的『理想』过期了。当然，那些具破坏性的『歪念』就让它逾期好了！

迟来的掌声

主日学主日的崇拜，主日学诗班呈献一首赞美诗《荣耀归主》献给上帝。当中有少年人和儿童，还得男女混音分部呈献，实非易事。

众人的歌声扬起的时候，儿童清脆的嗓音配上少年的青涩，煞是让人陶醉。当时心里油然萌生要待他们唱完后给大家赞美鼓励的掌声。虽然，一直以来在我们的教会中，诗班献诗完毕，会众罕有报以掌声的惯例。

然而，诗班唱至几乎来的诗歌高潮的部分时，竟让这对于声乐还是外行的双耳听出许多杂乱的不协调，当下心里一冷，之前那股兴奋与热诚下降了大半。最终，掌声也拍不起来了。就在钢琴声与歌声都平息的那一刻，台上传来了一股热烈，充满热诚赞美和鼓励的掌声。随着，台下也跟着陆续报以鼓励的掌声。吴传道的第一下掌声，带领了大家给予已唱得很不错的儿少主日学诗班赞美和鼓励。

我之后不禁感到惭愧与后悔，并责问自己，何以要如此吝啬赞美，要将他人的弱点放得如斯大，而将优点缩放那样微小？圣灵责备提醒我，上帝的眼光不是这样看待属祂的人和事。我想我的神，当时一定是非常陶醉享受在诗班与司琴美妙的音符与旋律里！

我知道神爱我，祂要我们学像基督的样式，并用祂慈爱和公义的眼光来看事物。
